  1. How do I sign Up for Hosting
    A. Once you have decided on the hosting you want. Select the order page option through our site
    which handles all of the hosting packages that can be selected from the menu of options list. Please make sure you only select once as you could be charged more than once unless you are getting multiple sites. The 55 cent option is only billed out on a yearly basis and is the only option to do so and will allow you to select multiple years at the 55 cent price level.

    You may upgrade your hosting packages at anytime or downgrade your hosting package if you need to by doing this through your billing panel.


  2. Can I Get Linux Or Windows Hosting
    Yes
    . however the packages available here are mostly based on Linux Servers if you would like Windows Hosting Please Contact Our Offices

  3. Billing issues
    Billing on accounts are done on a yearly or monthly basis depending on your selection. All billing is done on the start of your sign up however is prorated to the date you sign up so if you start in September 15 your billing will come out prorated for the remainder of the month and then will be the full price the following month. 55 cent hosting is based on the date of domain name registration so that when your domain is up for renewal your renewal of the domain and website will keep your domain active.

  4. How Do I Pay My Bill
    Cybercell has made it eay to pay your bill with us you can log into our Billing System with your username and password from there you can pay with Paypal, Credit Card, E-Check

  5. How do I connect to my mail administration page via the browser?
    It's very simple to connect to the administration page via a browser. All you have to enter as the URL is: http://mail.mydomain.com you must have a current username and password

  6. How do I connect to my administration page or plesk via the browser?
    It's very simple to connect to the administration page or Plesk via a browser. All you have to enter as the SECURE URL is: https://www.mydomain.com:8443 or locate the Plesk Login on this page at the top. With the new internet explorer you will need to connect to the site with the continue to this website link located in the center.

  7. Why is the mail and website on different servers?
    The reason for this is simple, as with all things there could be down time or a connection outage
    the reason for the seperation is so that your website which may be down for service or an outage will
    not effect the way you recieve your mail, the same can be said for the other way if mail is down
    website is not.

  8. What if I have a problem and need support?
    Our support services are available on a 24/7 basis. To get a support issue resolved you can submit a
    trouble ticket located in your billing panel or you can contact support at 724.838.1557 (after hours 724.931.0760)

    Support is setup for server issues and is not intended to fix problems with your site that are not server related ( i.e. the code in your pages ) If you want answers to codeing problems within your site please contact our web development team. Issues not related are billable at the tech desk

  9. What if i need special programs to run my site?
    The staff at Cybercell are very knowledgeable about certain programs that you may want to do certain things with in your site. Programs like Java, Mysql, PHP, ASP and others are already available within your site. Programs like ColdFusion and MSSQL are extras and have servers of their own to operate so if you need these types of software or services please contact a representative.

  10. What are Spamming Rules and what is considered spamming?
    Spamming is the unsolicited sending of emails to persons on the internet now that is not to mean that if you send an email to a single person listed on a site that this is unsolicited, it is when email address's are sent multiple emails with no regard. This is not allowed on our system in any way. Any site that Spams will be terminated without any questions with no refunds on their sites, hosting or Domain Names which could be listed on black lists for email violations.
